Can I pay for the subscription via crypto? (I don't have Coinbase wallet)
You can use Metamask, Phantom, or Trust Wallet which all support USDT. No need to have or to create a Coinbase wallet.
Can I pay with Visa or MasterCard?
Yes, you can pay with classic credit or debit cards using Stripe or PayPal. You don't need to have a Stripe or PayPal account. Just select one of them and follow the instructions.

Yes, just select Stripe as payment method and follow the instructions.
Is it possible to change my payment method?
Let the current subscription expire and then change the payment method. Everything will be saved.
If I buy another year or two, will my subscription time left stack?
Yes, you will get the equivalent in credits.
Can I pay for the TRDR subscription using credits?
Yes, but please note that credits can only be used if you do not have an active subscription. They also cannot be used for payments made via PayPal or cryptocurrency.
Is there a Trial period for a Pro subscription?
You can activate a trial period for the Pro subscription for 7 days in the Billing section.
I opened an account on TRDR but I am not receiving the email-verification email

When my account becomes inactive after the paid period ends, will my shared templates still be available to other users?
Yes, your shared templates will still be available to other users even if your account becomes inactive.
Is it possible to upgrade to premium when having yearly pro subscription?
Any remaining time on your yearly pro subscription will be converted into TRDR credit that can be used to keep a subscription active. If your yearly sub is made with paypal and within 30 days of renewal date, you should be able to switch without any additional payment, it will simply change subscription immediately and you will be charged on the renewal date. Whatever is the case, the checkout process should clearly state what will happen exactly.
I want to switch to the premium tariff, but I have paid for 2 months of pro, what will happen with the balance?
If you continue in the billing section you will see what the new terms are.
I just renewed my monthly sub, but I also want to get annual sub on Black Friday. Will my this monthly subscription that are the paid days, add on to the Black Friday sub?
If both your current subscription and the black friday subscription are done through PayPal and your current subscription expires within 30 days, the start date of the black friday subscription will be postponed until the current subscription expires. In other words: in that case there is no overlap. In any other case the current subscription will be cancelled and any remaing time will be converted into credit on your account. This credit can be used to activate a subscription whenever you like.

The limit is 10000 candles for all timeframes equal or bigger than 1 min
Why does the Top Levels disappear when I move around the Order Book Depth widget?
Because Top Levels indicator is not aggregated - choose specific exchanges.
Is it possible to add private TradingView indicators to the chart in TRDR?
Unfortunately it is not possible currently.
How do I activate the other Time Frames?
If you're on the free plan, certain features may be locked. Upgrade your plan.
Is there a way to combine multiple exchanges into one chart?
Aggregated overlays allow combining data from multiple exchanges.
Which exchanges are best for spot trading?
For spot trading, Binance, Kraken, and Bitstamp are popular choices.
Can I set up alerts on my phone?
Yes, you can set up alerts on your phone and receive them via Telegram.

Can I use TRDR on multiple devices?
Yes, you can use TRDR on multiple devices, but some features like scrolling and dragging may not be optimized for mobile.

There is no dedicated mobile app, but you can use the web version on your mobile browser.
Can I use TRDR for scalping?
Yes, TRDR is useful for scalping, especially with the Order Book Depth Overlay and Volume by Side indicators. Many users focus on the 1-minute and 5-minute timeframes for scalping.
Which exchanges does TRDR support?
TRDR supports several exchanges, including Binance, Bybit, BitMEX, Kraken, Coinbase, Bitstamp, Deribit, OKX and others.
Can I see an aggregate of all exchanges' order books on TRDR?
Yes, just turn on Aggregation switch and choose exchanges.
Why is the order book data different on Binance and BitMEX?
Different exchanges have different liquidity and trading behaviors
